Q. Who are the official contractors for ISEC 2017

A. ECS Ltd are the only official show contractors, www.ecs.ie 

Q. What are the dates for ISEC 2017? 
A. Wednesday 26th & Thursday 27th of April 2017

Q. Where is ISEC 2017 being held? 
A. The Conference Centre, Citywest 4* Leisure & Golf Hotel, Dublin 

Q. What are the Expo opening times?
A. Wednesday 26th April 11am – 7pm 
     Thursday 27th April 10am – 5pm 

Q. Is there parking available? 
A. Yes, exhibitors have a designated free parking area at the right of the Conference Centre. There is ample free parking. 

Q. Is the Exhibition Hall secure?
A. Yes from set up until 5pm on Thursday 27th, the venue will be manned 24/7.

Q. Is there a fork lift available to hire?
A. Yes, the cost is €35 per hour for fork lift and driver and must be pre-booked 2 weeks in advance (please order via the Expo organisors)

Q. Is there a wired broadband line available for my stand?
A. Yes, the organisers will provide the venue with a list of exhibitors who require this service, the cost for a converter box for 1 x cable connection = €150 + vat 23% (payable directly to Citywest Hotel)


Q. How do I organise accomodation?
A. Contact Citywest Hotel directly on 01 4010500 or email info@citywesthotel.com and state that you are an exhibitor at ISEC 2017

Q. Dining, what facilities are available for lunch and dinner?

Q. I have booked a space only stand, when can I commence building?
A. Space only stands can commence building after 2.00pm Monday 24th of April

Q. I have booked a shell scheme stand, when can I have access to set up my stand?
A. You have access from 9am Tuesday 25th of April

Q. When do I dismantle my stand?
A. As soon as the show ends at 5pm on Thursday the 27th, you may commence breakdown, under no circumstances can you commence breakdown before then

Q.What is the height of the shell stand?
A. 2.5m 

Q. Can I attach things to the walls?
A. Yes, but only with double sided tape or velcro which must be removed when the exhibition is over

Q. What power do I have in my shell stand?
A. One 13amp double socket per 3m

Q. What lighting do I have in my shell stand?
A. Two spotlights on a track per 3m

Q. Is there a carpet on the floor?
A. Yes the entire Conference Centre is carpeted

Q. When do I receive my Exhibitor badges?
A. Exhibitor Badges will be distributed to the stands on the morning of the expo prior to opening, if you need any alterations to your badge please bring it to the registration desk

Q. How do I get to the Venue? 
A. Citywest Hotel, Conference, Leisure and Golf Resort is conveniently located 20 minutes from both Dublin International Airport and the city centre. Situated off junction 3a of the N7 Dual Carriageway.

LUAS Light rail network stops adjacent to the gates of the hotel.


Directions – If you are driving: 

From Dublin International Airport: Exit the Airport and follow signs for M50. Take M50 southbound and follow it through the Tollbridge and take second exit the N7 (towards Limerick & Cork). After approximately 4 miles you will see signs for Citywest Business Campus take the next exit marked by brown traffic signs for Citywest Hotel. Exit off the N7 and carry straight on for about a mile. Citywest is on your right.

From Dublin City Centre: Dublin Port and Dun Laoghaire Port: Follow signs for 'The West' and or 'the South'. You will come to the M50 (Dublin orbital). Follow signs for 'The South' and exit the M50 onto the N7 (towards Limerick and Cork). After about 4 miles you will see signs for Citywest Business Campus, ignore them and take the following exit marked by brown traffic signs for Citywest Hotel. Exit off the N7 and carry straight on for about a mile. Citywest is on your right.

From Limerick, Cork and Kerry: Follow the N7 through Naas towards Dublin. After about 6 miles exit left following the signs for Saggart. Drive into Saggart and turn left at the crossroads following the signs for Citywest Hotel. After half a mile Citywest is on your left. 

From the rest of Ireland: Follow signs for Dublin and you will come to the M50 (Dublin orbital). Follow signs for 'The South' and exit the M50 onto the N7 (signed for Limerick and Cork). After about 4 miles you will see signs for Citywest Business Campus, ignore them and take the following exit marked by brown traffic signs for Citywest Hotel. Exit off the N7 and carry straight on for about a mile. Citywest is on your right. 

ISEC 2017 Terms & Conditions

The organisers reserve the right to alter the layout of the exhibition at any time and in any respect. Display space will be allocated to exhibitors by the organisers.

Requests for location will be taken into account where possible but cannot be guaranteed

Payment terms:

Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Any exhibitor not having made payment by the time of the exhibition may not be permitted to exhibit.

Cancellation by the exhibitor

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organisors.

In the event that an exhibitor wishes to cancel his space booking, or fails to meet any of the payment obligations then the organisers reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges and to re-sell the space:

Cancellation being received

Cancellation charge is €500

On or before the 1st of February 2017 - 50% of total stand cost

On or after 2nd of February- 100% of total stand cost

Any payments already made to ISEC over and above the applicable cancellation charges will be refunded. Should monies not, at the time of cancellation, already have been paid to ISEC the cancellation fee will still apply.

If the event is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, the non-availability of the venue or any other cause not within the control of the organisers, the organisers may at their entire discretion, repay the space rental paid by the exhibitor, or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to do so. The organisers shall be under no liability to the exhibitor in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the exhibitor, as the result of the happening of such an event.

It is recommended that exhibitors take out appropriate insurance against cancellation.
